 If you should choose to stage your home, as part of my marketing plan you will receive a home staging consultation.*
Shortly after our initial consultation, you will receive a list of
suggestions and recommendations to highlight your home’s features.
At this point, you can make the decision to implement these changes yourself or have a staging team come in. 
 
 
*I am an Accredited Staging Professional and as a service to my sellers this consultation is complimentary. 

Most often you can make your home buyer friendly
by implementing some changes that will not cost you money.
